My Specialist Interests include:
Ultrasound
Dr Tapping trained in Medicine and Radiology in Yorkshire and Oxford. He completed an Interventional Fellowship in Radiology in Oxford and was appointed as a consultant in 2012. He works at both the Churchill and John Radcliffe Hospitals.
Dr Tapping’s areas of interest include Uro-radiology and Interventional Radiology. He has developed the Prostate Artery Embolisation service in Oxford.
Dr Tapping has an active interest in clinical research and contributes data to national databases and registries. He enjoys teaching, both undergraduate medical students as well as postgraduate doctors, and is college tutor for the Radiology trainees at the Churchill Hospital Site, Oxford.
